Krafttraining für Kinder: sinnvoll?
Kraftsport kann für Kinder sinnvoll sein, wenn es unter angemessener Anleitung und unter Berücksichtigung ihrer individuellen Fähigkeiten und Entwicklungsstadien durchgeführt wird. Krafttraining kann dazu beitragen, die Muskelkraft und Körperhaltung zu verbessern, das Knochenwachstum zu fördern und das Selbstvertrauen und die mentale Ausdauer zu stärken.
Krafttraining macht Kinder schneller
Wenn Kinder ihr Krafttraining richtig ausführen und es auf ihre spezifischen Bedürfnisse und Fähigkeiten abgestimmt ist, kann es ihnen helfen, ihre Körperhaltung und Lauftechnik zu verbessern, was wiederum ihre Geschwindigkeit verbessern kann. Fitness Training
Fitness training is an essential part of your sports program and is intended to improve your health, mobility and physical conductivity. It is important to train in a balanced and targeted manner. You secure yourself with the elements of strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination
your personal training success. A training plan, which is your companion and your guideline during the training, is always adapted and optimized by us in order to further effectively promote your training progress.
NORDIC WALKING
Walking is a gentle but effective endurance sport . Because walking only puts a moderate strain on the body, people who want to build up their stamina slowly, as well as older or overweight people, benefit in particular. It can be practiced at any age and fitness level and is often part of rehabilitation measures.
Because walking also trains the heart, stabilizes blood pressure and improves blood circulation and cholesterol levels, it is also popular with sworn fitness fans. Walking can also strengthen many muscle groups - provided that you maintain a certain level of body tension. Leg, arm and shoulder muscles in particular are then used and become more efficient over time.
CARDIO TRAINING
Regular and properly performed cardio training will improve your health, endurance and general fitness. You won't run out of air so quickly when climbing stairs, your fellow human beings will notice the positive changes and will compliment you. REHA SPORT
Rehabilitation sport is a performance prescribed by a doctor, which is usually prescribed for a duration of 50 exercise units. Rehabilitation sports are always carried out in groups and by qualified trainers. The number of participants in these groups is usually limited so that the trainer is able to give each individual trainee the best possible training according to their health restrictions.
Sauna
Our small but nice sauna offers a place to relax and recuperate after training. At 85 ° C the body and especially the muscles can relax and thus acts as a prevention against the well-known "sore muscles". Regular sauna sessions also strengthen the immune system and the cardiovascular system.
Salzgrotte
Our salt grotto was built from exquisite crystal salt of the Himalayan region and thus offers the opportunity to experience the relaxing sea climate in our climes. In our grotto there is a temperature of 20-23 ° C and a humidity of approx. 50%.
The dust-free, salty and bacteria-free air is saturated with many minerals and trace elements and with every breath the body absorbs these healing elements of nature. A graduation tower and brine fogging ensure this pleasant climate.
A 45-minute visit works like several days of relaxation by the sea, demonstrably improves well-being, strengthens the body's defenses and the immune system. Patients with cardiovascular diseases and allergy sufferers experience particular relief. A visit is also beneficial for tiredness, stress and sleep disorders.
